Special Delivery from Santa

Hi everyone!

We are entering the second half of our current Dream Factory challenge and I want to remind you that this month is all about Santa and Christmas....

The movie for this month is

The Santa Clause

I stamped the Santa, masked him and lightly sponged the part behind him. Removed the mask and colored the image with alcohol markers. Spritzed some blue and white for the snow and added the sentiment. Hope you like it.

Katzelkraft - It's Beginning to Look a Lot Like Christmas

Hi everyone!

Today is Katzelkraft day and Christmas card production is in full swing....

My card features one of the fun mice stamps from the recent Dainius collection. The Christmas tree and the sentiment are from the latest Christmas stamp collection.

I stamped the Christmas tree on a acrylic painted background and embellished it with pearl pen dots. I also added a few strokes of green and a garland. I stamped the mouse on bristol paper, colored it with alcohol markers, cut it out and glued it next to the tree. Dotted on a little snow with a white Poska pen. Added the sentiment.

The Santa hat the mouse is holding is an older Katzelkraft stamp.

Ready for another 52 Christmas Card Throwdown challenge? 

This week we want you to use a 

Stencil

I sponged some of the background with Distress Oxide Peacock Feathers and then applied the musical notes using a stencil and Distress Oxide Chipped Sapphire. Stamped the singing mouse, colored it with alcohol markers and added white dots and stars to its clothes. 

Finally, I stamped "Merry Christmas" and "Fa La La" and added some shadow and glitter under the mouse's feet.

Hi everyone!

The recently released Katzelkraft stamp collection contains many humorous animals by children's book painter and illustrator Dainius. His characters are really too much fun!♥♥ I can't help but smile every time I see them, and I am sure you are going to like them too!

Today you'll see two more of them on my card, another example of how well Katzelkraft stamps can be combined with each other from the newest, to the oldest release!

After stamping and masking the cows and fence, I sponged the background with Mermaid Lagoon and Mowed Lawn (Distress Oxide). Colored the cows with alcohol markers and stamped tufts of grass. The sentiment I embossed on a black strip and adhered it to the card.

Hi everyone!

Today is Katzelkraft day! My card features another fun animal from the new collection and stamps from the very recent Christmas issue. (Christmas tree and sentiment)

Today also marks the start of the new Dream Factory challenge, so I had to juggle both!

The movie for this month is

It's all about Santa Claus and/or Christmas

Our little friend was probably not always very good, because he hopes on Rudolph's help...

Didn't want to make a Santa - I'll do that next time! ;)

I stamped the pensive cat, masked it and stamped the Christmas tree and the snowflakes (from last years release). Embossed the sentiment and cut it in three. Stamped "I hope" in the bubble and glued the embossed parts under the cat. I colored the cat with watercolors and filled the empty spots in the tree with rhinestones.
