I've been thinking about it for a long time and now the time has come!

Welcome to the 613 Avenue Create, March Challenge.
The theme is Anything Goes with the optional twist Any Occasion.
This card was initially made for a card swap and was not intended for a special occasion at the time. I'll probably use it as a birthday card. What do you think?
Anyway, I've never shown it before so I'm presenting it for my first post as a member of the 613 Avenue Create design team.
The bear is from Deco Time and his bike actually has two wheels, but I left out the second one because it fit better without it. I drew the umbrella myself. The pennants are from Craft Emotions. I colored everything with alcohol ink markers. The area under the pennants I brushed with Fossilized Amber (Distress Oxide). The quote I stamped with alphabet stamps. It says:
“Life is a circus
it's all about balance”
