Hi everyone!
A few days ago we did a card swap in our little Stampin'Up group.
The theme of the swap was: Sewing
Here is what I came up with.
For this I...
...die cut roses from a pretty paper and colored the leaves with alcohol markers.
...sewed denim scraps, cut them into strips and frayed them a little.
...stamped numbers on all the cards (11 in total), and pricked the corners with a die.
...added green ink splatters to every card.
Once everything was prepared, I pasted on the denim strips and roses and stamped the sentiments.
It all went pretty quickly. - I actually spent most of my time finding an idea and realizing the prototype...

Wow, these are gorgeous!! Such a unique idea to use the denim strips. The background design you made in the upper corner is fantastic. I love everything about this card. Thanks so much for sharing with the June Challenge at A Cut Above.
