Let it snow...

Hello everyone!

Today starts a new challenge at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown. This week you can play with the following colors

Grey - Rose Gold - White

I sponged the background directly with the black ink pad from Stampin'Up - the same technique as on this card. 

This gives a nice, not too regular shade of gray, which I like very much. I die cut the stars and the fir trees, and colored them with rose gold. I also colored the area directly behind the die-cut stars on the card base. 

To make it a little more festive, I added Wink of Stelle to all the pieces.

I adhered the fir trees and the stars and then stamped the animals. 

Finally, I added shadows under the trees and the animals and splattered the finished card with white ink.
