I like people ...

Hi everyone!

Time for a new challenge at 613 Avenue Create

The theme is: April Showers
(create something featuring water)
Alternately "Anything Goes"

For today’s card, I pulled out some of my Katzelkraft stamps to keep them from getting dusty.

To bring the text to the forefront, I first stamped the umbrella, masked it, and then stamped the bunny.
Next, I sprayed Distress Oxide Mermaid Lagoon onto my glass plate and misted the ink with water. Smudged it with my finger and then lightly pressed the card here and there onto the ink. I then stamped the raindrops and colored them with the remaining ink. The bunny is colored  with Aquamarkers.
To get the colorful umbrella, I stamped it in three different colors, cut each into three pieces, and assembled them in different color combinations. Glued one of them onto the card and added a strip of washi tape at the bottom.

Hope to see you play along with 613 Avenue Create

Happy Easter Egg Hunt!
