Katzelktaft - Nooope

Hi everyone, 

Today is Katzelkraft day and I'm back with a new project.

Any idea why he's in such a hurry....?

First, I stamped the trees on a Distress Oxide gel print.

Since the print was round shaped, I sponged the top corners with Salty Ocean (Distress Oxide) - which suggests a bit of sky. Once that was done, I stamped the dog - once on the card and a second time on Bristol paper. Colored it, cut it out and added it to the card. Same way for the sheep, but this time I stamped on a scrap of acrylic gel print. 

I then added a strip of die cut grass to make ground and stamped a few tufts of grass on top. 

The last element was the speech bubble (die cut) that I created with die cut letters and stamped letters.

The cloud and lightning I cut out of washi tape.

Hi everyone!

Today starts a new challenge at the Dream Factory.

This month we have a fun movie

Minions

I love the little pranksters. But I know they are not everyone's cup of tea, 

so we have an alternative for our new challenge -

  The color Yellow.

The background was already in my stash. The funky lady I found on Pinterest. 

There are so many free coloring pages, you just have to choose! 

I traced the Minion on Bristol paper. Colored first with crayons and then with alcohol ink markers. Cut it out and glued it to the card. Added washi tape for the floor and drew some shadow under its feet.

I heat embossed a sentiment from Katzelkraft, cut it into labels and adhered it to the card. Hope you like it.

Meow

Hi everyone!

A little reminder about the International Picture Frame Day challenge at the Day of the Month Card Club...

This was a 10 minute card! 

I used a die to make stitches on the white background. I then glued an image from a paper pad onto a die cut frame in the shape of a large stamp. Heat embossed the "Meow" and stuck it to the image. Adhered the framed picture to the card with foam tape. Done!

Katzelkraft - Meow

Hi everyone, 

It's Katzelkraft day! - I'm back with another Moo Mini card :))

As I mentioned in my first Mini Moo post, these are very small cards, measuring only 7 x 2.8 cm.

This little kitten is also from the set "Cats on books", but there are many other Katzelkraft stamps that are suitable for this small size. - You'll see more of them in the coming weeks.

I stamped the cat in pot on bristol paper. Colored it with alcohol ink markers. Cut it out and adhered it to the gel print snip, which I left as it was. I arranged the leaves a little differently, otherwise they wouldn't have shown. I heat embossed the word MEOW and outlined it with a black fineliner. On the top left, I adhered a small piece of washi tape that fit like a glove.

There you go, another snippet gone!

Today starts a new challenge at the Day of the Month Card Club! 

This month we are celebrating 

International Picture Frame Day

Had to make some birthday cards, so this funny party bear was just perfect! 

I colored the bear with watercolors. Cut it out and glued it onto a stenciled backround from my stash. Backed the background with black cardstock and turned it slightly. Stamped the sentiment - done!

Katzelkraft - Light up the Garden

Hi everyone, 

Today is Katzelkraft day and I'm back with a new project. This time with an ATC

First I stamped text and a grid pattern on an ATC sized Distress Oxide gel print. Then I stenciled hearts and circles. 

Added a few green splatters as well. The Lily of the Valley bouquet was already ready to use, it was a leftover from a previous card swap. So all I had to do was stick it on.

The sentiment and butterfly I cut out of washi tape. (I glued it on stronger paper before cutting it out).

Finally, I inked the edges with Black Soot (Distress Oxide) - done.
