Keep swimming

Hi everyone!
We're heading into the second half of our challenge at

"The Little Things"

The theme is:
Mermaid and/or Fish
with the option:
Anything Goes

Remember: The challenge blog focus on small card formats,
such as ATCs, tags, Memorydex cards, Mini Moo cards, bookmarks etc.

My first project was a Memorydex card featuring a mermaid.
For my second project, I decided to go for ATC coins with fish on them—The fun fish from PaperArtzy were just the right size :))
I stamped the fish and seaweeds on Bristol paper, colored them with Aqua markers and fussy-cut them. Then stamped the sentiment, the bubbles and some tiny fish with StazOn Jet Black ink onto circles, cut out from a sheet that I had previously painted with metallic watercolor paint. Unfortunately, the metallic sheen isn't showing up in the photo.

Finally, I glued on the fish and the seaweed, stamped a few more small fish, and then backed the coins with turquoise cardstock.

Thanks for stopping by!
