Hello everyone!
Saturday is 52 Christmas Card Throwdown day and this week we have a theme for you...
Gingerbread Man
It's rather rare that I use patterned paper, but today I had something like a urge!
I cut the above paper in the way that I could use one of the "Merry Christmas" - colored it with a gold marker and highlighted it with a dark felt-tip pen. I glued a golden zigzag ribbon on the connection of the two papers but it was a bit too golden for me, so I added a white organza ribbon in addition.
I die cut the gingerbread men and exchanged the little elements to give them expression. I traced the contours with a fine liner and added small strokes to the arms and legs.
I stuck the gingerbread men with foam pads and added a glittering star to the ribbon.
Have fun with our challenge!

RépondreSupprimerGreat use of your fun and festive pp, Rosi! I love the way you highlighted Merry Christmas in gold with shadows and how you connected both patterns with a pretty ribbon! Of course, your gingerbread men are adorable!! Hugs, Darnell
