...looks a lot like Christmas

Hello everyone!
New Saturday and new challenge at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown. This week we want to see

Birds

I'm still sticking to using more design paper!
For the background of my card I took one of the pieces from the same sheet I used for this card.

I sponged the panel with light, middle and dark blue (Distress, Distress Oxide and Stampin'Up), put glue dots here and there, sprinkled white glitter on it and let it dry.
The snow hills are made of three different sizes of white cardstock and colored with some watercolor.
I stamped the flamingos and drew them a Santa hat, colored them with alcohol markers and cut them out. Colored some Christmas baubles, cut them out and hung them around the neck of one of the flamingos.
I trimmed the panel and pasted it to a blank card. Finally, I stamped a few fir trees on the horizon and the sentiment on one of the snow hills. The pink stars are leftovers from last week's card.

Have Fun!!

J'adore ! Merci de partager et de jouer avec Addicted to Stamps and More.

  12. A funny card. I see the non traditional colors but also a choice going in the same direction for the animals. Well done.
