Hi everyone!
We are entering the second half of our current Dream Factory Challenge.
The movie of this month is
Cobalt Blue
Anything Goes with the color Blue
I stamped the flower (background included) with Versamark and embossed it in white. Sprayed the panel with water and three different shades of blue and let it dry.
During this time, I dry embossed a white panel and stamped and cut out the word "Thank you".
I picked up the flower again and colored it with more blue to make it stand out better against the background. While it was drying, I adhered the dry embossed panel to a blank card.
Instead of cutting, I tore the flower into a rectangle and adhered it and the "Thank you" to the embossed panel with foam pads.
As a finishing touch, I colored the center of the flower with gold glitter pen.

What a beautiful card, so simple and elegant. The textured white background looks wonderful, and the floral motif with all the different shades of blue is a perfect match. Ilike how the flower is a bit hidden amongst the splatters, it really makes you look twice to figure out the border between the motif and the background, and it adds mistery to your creation. The little sentiment is a nice addition to your card, a simple word that says everything. Thanks for joining the Alphabet challenge.
