Find your Wild

Hi everyone!
It's time again for a new challenge at the Dream Factory
Our movie for this month is:

WILD

This month we want you to be inspired by the movie poster (see below)

You can show landscapes, nature, mountains, forests,
animals living in the wild, or simply use the word "WILD".

It's been a while since I last used a gel print as a background...
Today I found a suitable piece that I turned into a tag.

I stamped the tag with a few fir trees (Katzelkraft). I then placed mountains, the moon, and stars (Scrap Plaisir) in the background. Brushed the edges of the tag with Chipped Sapphire (Distress Oxide). Used white Posca pen to work on the moon and the mountain slopes, and alcohol ink markers for the shaded slopes.
The sentiment is part of a large stamp (Woodware). I simply tore off the words after stamping them on light purple paper. Glued them on and finally, attached a cord to the tag.

Katzelkraft - Footprints

Hi everyone!
It's Katzelkraft day :)) - ATC-coin fever's caught me again!

While Sherlock Holmes is investigating, the prisoner escapes...
I'm an absolute fan of the Pabos and I think they fit the little story told by this ATC series like a glove!

As with the last ATC coin,
I didn't want to cut off the protruding parts because I think it gives the coins a unique look.
...I also like it better when they don't look so strictly framed. - We wouldn't be artists if we didn't break the rules from time to time - would we! Ha ha ha

He's a Pabos Aviator, but it looks more like he escaped the Sherlock Holmes set - lol

Sherlock Holmes is investigating! He doesn't know yet if these footprints will lead to a result.

...but
while Sherlock Holmes is investigating the thief, the prisoner makes off!!

As you can see, each of the three coins has the brick wall in common. That was my guide, so to speak.
I stenciled it with Fired Brick (Distress Oxide). The joints, as well as the papos, were colored with alcohol ink markers.
The backgrounds are from the leftover box. I stamped them with branches and leaves, the prisoner's was splattered with white ink.
I brushed the ground with Tranquil Tide (Stampin'Up), stamped on some grass
and finally added the heat embossed quotes/sentiments.

Hope you like the trio :)) - See you next Tuesday with a new Katzelkraft creation! :)

Be still and listen

Hi everyone!

Today starts a new challenge at the Day of the Month Card Club
This month we are celebrating

 Forest Animal Feeding Day

Forest Animal Feeding Day is an unofficial nature-related observance in Poland
celebrated on February 11. Its main task is to help the inhabitants of the Polish forests
to survive the hungry times during winter.

I stamped the animals and trees (Scrap Plaisir) on paper remnants. I colored them with alcohol ink markers, cut them out and glued them onto a pre-made background from a paper pad.
I stuck artificial snow to the trees and the lower part of the card. Added white dots on the deer's back (Posca pen) and then stamped the sentiment (Katzelkraft).

Happy weekend ;)

Paris

Hi everyone!
I still had an Eiffel Tower left over from the last card swap
I used it today to make a romantic card.

I used the paper piecing technique on the girl and the umbrella. I stamped the girl on different patterned paper or paper scraps and cut out the parts I needed. I put them together and stuck them next to the Eiffel Tower.
The background is again one of those pre-made ones. Behind the girl I stamped a cloud with the word LOVE in different languages. The word PARIS is from Katzelkraft.

Have a great day!!

Let your dreams soar

Hi everyone!
We're heading into the second half of our current Dream Factory challenge, and I wanted to give you a quick reminder.

Our Movie:

Balloon

It's
"B" for Balloon
(can be any type of balloon)

This card was made in no time.
I stamped two small balloons on the card.
Then I die cut a larger balloon and clouds and glued everything onto the card.
I backed the large balloon with some leftover paper and colored it a bit with alcohol markers.
The sentiment I stamped with single letter stamps.
Quick and easy! ;)

Have Fun!!
