Birthday Fishes

Hi everyone!
We are entering the second half of our current challenge at the Dream Factory.

Our Movie:

C'est la vie
A sense of Celebration

We are celebrating all the occasions that make us happy!
Birthday, wedding, retirement, promotion, baby, new house, new job, vacation, etc...

I recently treated myself to these funny PaperArtsy fish from the Kate Crane collection.
With their party look, I thought they'd be perfect for the “celebration” theme, so I made a funny maritime birthday card.
I colored the fish with alcohol ink markers and cut them out. They found place on a gel print, which I had previously embellished with two stencils. (swirls and reefs)
I added musical notes to some of the bubbles to make them more fun,
then used several Stampin'Up sets to compose the sentiment. The starfish is from Craft Emotions.

Have Fun!!
