Hi everyone!
New Saturday and new challenge at 52 Christmas Card Throwdown.
As usual, the first week of the month, we challenge you with a sketch. (see below)
I embossed the background, splattered it with blue ink and cut it into three parts. I colored the edges of the cuts slightly blue and then glued the three parts to a blank card. At the bottom, I also added a torn piece of glitter cardstock.
I stamped the fence and snowman on Bristool paper. Colored both with watercolors and cut them out.
I put the fence behind the glitter cardstock and then attached the snowman with foam tape. The sentiment I stuck next to him in the snow.
As a final touch, I applied a layer of Wink of Stella to the snowman. For the shading underneath I used alcohol ink markers.
