I'm back with a second card for the AAA Birthday Challenge blog, where I have the great honor of being a guest designer this month.
The theme is "Anything Birthday Goes".
I wanted it funny and bright. For this, the cute crustacean stamps by Yixuan were just perfect!
I did the background first - with Distress Oxide colors, as I usually do. Then I splattered some brown ink on the sand area, stamped the images and colored them with alcohol ink markers.
I lightened a spot in the sky with water and then stamped the sun and Birthday sentiment. The rays I made with the edge of a small piece of paper and Distress Oxide "Wild Honey". I stamped another sentiment at the bottom and adhered the panel to a blank card. Hope you like it.
