At the beach...

Hi everyone!

I'm back with another ATC. This time I tried something different...

Today I tried my hand at a collage....

I took the various paper elements from a bookstore catalog. - By chance, 

many of the book cover illustrations were suitable for an ATC in terms of size. 

Some of them I cut out and others I just tore to size, such as a part of the beach and the clouds.

The quote I stamped on white paper, cut it up into individual words and pasted it to the ATC.

Hello everyone!
Actually I just wanted to make my crafting table accessible.....
There are a lot of things lying around because it is very difficult for me to throw away even the smallest piece of paper, not to mention a punched piece or a "failed background", and as soon as I had the first remains in my hand, I got stuck! Instead of tidying up, I put things back and forth, on top of each other and next to each other...

...and little by little something like a picture came into being! 

I couldn't help it, and I was holding on to it obsessively! 

This is the result! 

...I am really very surprised by myself, but I love what came out! ;)

The background is actually a failed "in quotes" background that was originally intended for this card. - Ah, too bad I didn't take a picture before using it! But if you look closely, you can still see two lines of the outline of the mask's face, just between the branch and the left wing of the butterfly. - The rest is covered by the scalloped circle.

The butterfly and the little sentiment just above it - I had one of each left - are from this card swapping project.

The balloon, too, is a "more or less" failure! It was originally supposed to be on this card.

The flower behind the circles, it goes back a long way! It is printed on tracing paper, but was too large to have been used for the project at the time.

As for the circles, they're one of the remnants in creating this card.

The clef and the note are cut-outs that have got stuck in a stencil. 

The frog came from this card, I probably overdid it! Haha

I can't say for which projects the branch, the ladybugs and the strip with the writing were intended, but hey, you can't remember everything! 

Well, that was the story of that card, a somewhat unusual style, I must say, but I hope you like it!

Hello everyone!
I made this card a few month ago for a card swap and I have to show it now, otherwise it will get lost among all the cards that pile up here! LOL
Seriously, I've been pushing it aside for a while now because there's always another card taking its place!

The requirement was a tag on a card. 

The butterfly is punched out of paper which I dyed with yellow and orange ink and some brown splashes.
The tag is cut out from a remnant of an old piece of paper that I had made using the smoothing technique with green and gold ink - supplemented with a mix of different stamps.

It is glued to an embossed background which is backed with black paper and then glued to the card base. 

...I really love the wooden look!

In total I made 9 of them...

Good old times!

Hello everyone!
We have a new challenge at the Dream Factory! - This month's movie is

GREASE

Music, Dance, Cars, 50s, High School, Love.....

I made a trip to the fifties! 

Outfits, cars, music, ....how to have fun --- I just love those years! 

.... and I loved making this card!

There is no stamp on this card! The image is a mix of several images (found on Google and Pinterest) that I copied as well as the sentiment (a Dafont font) by hand. The checkerboard which serves as a background is drawn by hand. The sentiment is colored and fussy cut, then fixed with foam pads.

The vinyl is cut from black cardstock and sponged with white ink to evoke a slight glow of light. 

I used my alcohol inks for coloring.

Maybe you like the 50's too - I can not wait to see what you're going to do!

Trees .....Christmas Trees

Hello everyone.

Today, I show you two cards that are very special for me! ......Why this?
I won at Challenge Up Your Life (with this card) and I have the honor to support the CUYL team this and next week
....how lucky I am!!

Trees
are the challenge for this week!

My stock of Christmas cards is far from being at the top level, so I chose fir trees! Sometimes covered with snow, as on this card, and sometimes not .... but always in Christmas mood.
To make these trees, I simply used white and green triangles of different sizes.
I added some shine on the white parts with Wink of Stella glitter pen and scraped the green parts with a cutter to give texture. I glued the different triangles together to form the trees.
I sponged a white piece of paper with Tempting Turquoise (Stampin'Up), spritzed some water and let it dry.
Before glueing the trees I also added ultra-fine sheer shimmery spray (Tzukineko).
Finally, I stuck the finished panel on a white base card.

For this card I used several stamps (Stampin'Up, Kesi'Art, Docrafts)  to create a kind of collage.
The left border is stamped with stars.
I added two punched borders (Stampin'Up), a beige and a golden and wrapped arround with a linen string, to which I added two tiny tags. I sponged the edges with Toffee (Versafine) and glued the layer to the white base card. That's it!

Just a quick reminder for our current challenge at the Dream Factory. - This month's movie is

...and you still have two weeks for creating ;-)

This time I used several birds from Katzelkraft and I played with my new stamps from Scrap Plaisir. 

I stamped leaves and an ostrich on white cardstock and sponged a little blue on the remaining white surface. 

I stamped some more leaves in lighter green on an another cardstock, cut them out and glued it above the first leaves. 

I stamped and colored two other birds, fussy cut them and stuck it to the panel. 

For more fun, I added a hat, glasses and a bow tie to the ostrich. 

The sentiments are little words that I mixed together and it says: Happy Birthday ... when do we arrive for the aperitif?

.... at the end it all looks a bit like a collage but I love the way it came out!

Es wurde ein bisschen ruhig hier in letzter Zeit aber das ist bei mir Wetterbedingt! Wenn es draussen schön ist dann gibt es viel Arbeit und nur sehr wenig Zeit zum basteln, surfen und kommentieren. Ihr könnt das auch aus der Collage entnehmen, die ich im allerletzten Moment fertiggestellt habe! Es gibt nicht viel zu zeigen und Juli wird wahrscheinlich nicht besser ausfallen.

C'est devenu un peu calme ici dernièrement, mais pour moi, c'est conditionné par la météo! S'il fait beau, il y a beaucoup de travail dehors et très peu de temps libre pour bricoler, surfer ou pour commenter. Vous pouvez voir ça dans le collage, lequel que je viens de terminer à la dernière minute! Cette fois-ci, il n'y a pas grand chose à montrer, et Juillet ne sera probablement pas mieux.

Es ist das erste mal, dass mein Monatsrückblick so einfach und überschaubar ist   :)

C'est la première fois que mon aperçu mensuel est si facilement gérable   :)

Nun werde ich mich beeilen und schnell noch meine Collage auf Ingrid's Blog zeigen. 

In der Tat, alle 4 Wochen gibt sie uns die Möglichkeit in ihrer Aktion "Kreativer Monat", um uns mit einem Überblick 

unserer Kreationen des vorhergehenden Monats zu beteiligen,

.... und es gibt sogar etwas zu gewinnen!!

Maintenant, je vais me dépêcher et vite montrer mon collage sur le blog d'Ingrid.

En effet, toutes les 4 semaines elle nous donne l'occasion de participer à son action "mois créatif"

der Monat Mai ist schon fast halb abgelaufen und 

......es ist höchste Zeit für den kreativen Monat bei Ingrid!

le mois de mai est presque à moitié expiré et 

.....il est grand temps pour le mois créatif avec Ingrid!

Meine Collage für den Monat April ist fertig! 

......nicht immer leicht, alles unterzubringen!  

...aber es macht jedes mal viel Spass es zu tun und zu sehen, was man so alles im vergangenen Monat gemacht hat 

......oft, sind wir selber überrascht!!

Probiert es doch auch einmal aus...... das ist ganz einfach, ....hier geht's lang!!

Le nouveau défi chez Ingrid à commencé mais cette fois je ne me laisse pas surprendre! ;-)

Der Winter zieht sich in die Länge und meine Collage ist im März nochmals ziemlich voll geworden aber sobald es draussen wieder schön und warm ist, wartet Arbeit und es wird dann auch auf meinem Blog stiller werden!

L'hiver était long et mon collage en mars est encore très fourni, mais dès que dehors il fera beau et chaud, il y aura du boulot, et sur le blog ça va être plus calme!

Hier ist mein Beitrag zur Challenge bei Ingrid

Voici ma contribution au challenge d'Ingrid

Es war wahnsinnig schwer, nur eine einzige Karte wählen zu dürfen..... 

bei den Monaten mit vielen Kreationen hatte ich wirklich zu kämpfen!

C'était incroyablement difficile, de pouvoir choisir qu'une seule carte....

Les mois avec beaucoup de créations, j'ai vraiment dû me battre!

Warum diese Karten..... pourquoi cette cartes.......

Januar......... mit ihr fing alles an. Es war die erste Karte auf dem Blog.

Janvier........ avec elle, tout a commencé. C'était la première carte du blog.

Februar....... sie war die erste Karte auf Platz 1 bei der Bastel-Elfe.

Février........ c'était la première carte sur le haut du podium chez la Bastel-Elfe.

März........... sie war meine erste Auftragskarte.

Mars........... c'était ma première carte commandé.

April............ keine erste von irgendwas, aber sie gefällt mir :-)

Avril............ pas une première de quoi que ce soit, mais elle me plaît :-)

Mai.............. auf die bin ich ganz stolz!!

Mai.............. je suis très fière d'elle!!

Juni.............. die erste für den nagelneuen Challengblog a Die for a Sketch

Juin.............. la première pour tout nouveau challenge-blog; a Die for a Sketch

Juli............... etwas besonderes, weil eine Geburtstagskarte für einen lieben Menschen!

Juillet........... quelque chose de spécial car une carte d'anniversaire pour un être cher!

August......... top 3 bei a Die for a Sketch.

Août............ top 3 chez a Die for a Sketch.

September... auch wieder eine Geburtstagskarte für einen lieben Menschen.

Septembre... aussi une carte d'anniversaire pour un être cher.

Oktober....... die  erste Geburtstagskarte für meine kleine Prinzessin Jeanne.

Octobre....... la première carte d'anniversaire pour ma petite princesse Jeanne.

November... die erste mit knalligen Farben, sie war auch für einen sehr lieben Menschen. Es gibt bis jetzt noch keine andere von dieser Sorte.  Lol

Novembre... la première avec des couleurs vives. Elle était pour un être cher. Il n'y a pas encore d'autres de ce genre. Lol

Dezember.... die am meisten dekorierte, die ich bis jetzt gemacht habe!!

Decembre.... la plus décoré, que j'ai fait jusqu'à présent!!

So, jetzt wisst ihr warum diese und nicht jene Karte... ;-)

Eh bien, maintenant vous savez pourquoi tel carte et pas une autre.... ,-)

das zweite Kärtchen.
Ich habe ja jetzt einiges nachzuholen ;-)
Die Karte ist für den non-cute Sketch von Lola bei der Bastel-Elfe. Freue mich sehr wieder mitmachen zu können. Jetzt, da die Punkte vergeben sind darf ich sie euch auch zeigen.

J'ai du rattrapage à faire ;-)

La carte est conçu pour le non-cute sketch de Lola chez la Bastel-Elfe. Je suis heureux de pouvoir participer à nouveau. Maintenant que les points sont donnés, je peux vous la montrer.

Bei dem Motiv dieser Karte habe ich mich von einem Stempelabdruck inspirieren lassen, den ich von Karola bekommen habe als wir vor zwei Wochen bei ihr waren. 

Pour l'image sur cette carte je me suis laissé inspirer par une estampe que Karola m'a offerte, lors ce que nous étions chez elle il y à deux semaines.

Den Briefmarkeneffekt habe erzielt indem ich mit meiner Crop-a-dile rundum Löcher geknabbert habe. Lol

L'effet timbre, je l'ai obtenu en grignotant des trous tout le tour avec ma crop-a-dile. Lol

Und gleich sind auch meine nagelneuen Stanzen die mir Karola mitbestellt hatte zum Einsatz gekommen. 

Sachte, nicht zuviel Deko, ...es ist ja eine non-cute Karte!!!

Et de suite j'ai inauguré les poinçons flambant neufs que Karola m'avait commandé.

Tout doux, pas trop de déco, ...c'est une carte non-cute!!!

Freue mich, dass ich euch wieder was zeigen kann. 

Ich habe auch gesehen, dass ihr trotz meiner Abwesenheit fleißig nachgeschaut und kommentiert habt. Dafür möchte ich mich von ganzem Herzen bei euch bedanken.
